Several Slovenian financial institutions and a tire manufacturer are set to provide significant bonuses to their employees and local merchants this year. OTP bank employees received €2,830 in March, while Nova Ljubljanska banka and Telekom Slovenije distributed a bonus of €2,790. Insurance companies Sava Re and Generalli also offered a bonus of €2,790.
Goodyear Slovenia anticipates paying employees €2,630 in April, with a planned winter supplement of €740. The company also intends to provide a €500 annual bonus in December, contingent upon achieving its business plan. Furthermore, Goodyear Slovenia will distribute €2,000 to select merchants, including Spar, Hofer, and Lidl.
Local merchants are also set to receive supplemental payments. Mercator is currently evaluating the amount of its bonus, while Trgovine Jager has confirmed it will provide a bonus of at least €2,000 this year. These payouts represent a substantial investment by these companies within the Slovenian economy.
