The Prime Minister Robert Golob, alongside Health Minister Valentina Prevolnik Rupel, Ljubljana University Clinic Director Marko Jug, and Nephrology Clinic Head Miha Arnol, inaugurated the recently upgraded section of the hospital’s initial floor on the eighth level today. This area is a component of the clinical department for nephrology within the Internal Clinic. Jug highlighted this as a momentous advancement, noting the considerable effort and dedication required for the extensive renovation.
He stated that improved conditions have been created for patients, who will now occupy double rooms equipped with private bathrooms. These rooms are notably spacious, illuminated, soundproofed, well-ventilated, and, most importantly, provide a considerably enhanced level of comfort compared to the previous setup. Furthermore, the building underwent a comprehensive structural overhaul, ensuring “this building is the safest structure in Ljubljana.” The renovation project significantly benefits the clinic and its patients.
