How does a party look like in the abandoned Maribor foundry?

Unique Party Concept Launched in Abandoned Maribor Foundry

A surprising event is scheduled for the former Maribor foundry, an abandoned industrial space that will soon host a unique electronic music party. Organized by former football player Rene Krhin and DJ Galij Vračun, the “Skrivnostni koncept” party is initially intended for a close circle of acquaintances and friends. The event gained rapid traction through social media networks, achieving a high viral rate.

Vračun explained that the venue represents a valuable opportunity for the Slovenian electronic music scene, noting, “The electronic scene in Slovenia isn’t at the top level because we lack suitable clubs. Such premises are genuinely good alternatives.”

Krhin elaborated that the party’s appeal lies in its diverse audience. “When friends who enjoy Yugoslav pop/rock, or frequently hear similar songs on the radio, come here, they appreciate the fresh approach, even if it’s not conventional.”

The event promises to transform the historic, abandoned building into a temporary hub for music and social interaction, capitalizing on the unique atmosphere of the space.

Organizers are aiming to cultivate a vibrant scene within the city of Maribor.
