Former Progres workers: unpaid claims and suspicious documents

As Goran Lukić from the Labor Council explained at today’s press conference in Ljubljana, they became aware of their member and former employee of the company Progros with the example of their member and former employee of the company Progros. This employee filed a complaint with the Labor Inspectorate for unpaid April salary last May. He then supplemented the complaint with a claim for unpaid salary between April and June and for a year’s leave of absence at the beginning of July last year.

The same employee filed a criminal complaint against the employer Progros with the police for unpaid health and social contributions until May 1, 2025, amounting to around 3,620 euros.
