Drunk and under the influence of cocaine, the policeman threatened the police officers

The police in Kranj took action early this morning, dealing with a 28-year-old driver operating a vehicle without properly affixed registration plates. Following the incident, officers ordered the driver to undergo a preliminary breath test for alcohol, which yielded a reading of 0.69 mg/l. The driver immediately contested the test results, prompting the police to arrange for a more detailed examination.

This subsequent analysis also revealed a positive indication for cocaine, leading to further investigation. As a result of his behavior and the evidence gathered, the driver was held in custody for a maximum of twelve hours. The police are currently conducting a criminal procedure regarding the circumstances.

Furthermore, the 28-year-old driver displayed disrespectful and violent conduct towards the officers at the scene, including threats and a disregard for the legal actions being taken. Consequently, the police are collecting evidence to establish a suspicion of committing a criminal act of prevention. The driver remains in custody while the investigation continues.
