Police officers from the Idrija Police Department found that a citizen of Switzerland had hit a telephone cable after flying about 40 meters at a height of four meters. As a result, he was turned around and the fall was inevitable. The pilot had all the necessary permits to fly with a parachute, the Nova Gorica Police Department explained.
