On Saturday, the pilot of a glider took off from the Lesce airport and landed on a meadow in the Lipec area during the return flight to the airport. The police secured the area, informed the duty prosecutor and the investigating judge, and conducted an inspection. They also informed the inspector of the competent aviation accident investigation service.
The cause of the event is not yet known and will be investigated in the further investigation, added the Kranj Police.
