Ljubljana Ach Secure 22nd Place in National Championship
The Ljubljana Ach volleyball team has secured 22nd place in the standings of the national championship. Recent roster additions have bolstered the team’s competitive strength in recent weeks. Several key players have signed contracts, including Sebastian Sablatnig, Uroš Planinšič, Grega Okroglič, Rok Jerončič, and Rok Bračko.
Among the new signings is Sebastian Sablatnig, a 195cm player born in Maribor on April 21, 2004, who specializes in the receiving position and has prior experience with the Slovenian national team. He is currently participating in the team’s preparation phase. Following his time with the national squad, the team will feature experienced captain Tine Urnaut alongside younger players Lukas Marovt and Jaka Prevorčnik.
Rok Bračko brings a strong domestic background, having previously played for Fram, Hoče, and Maribor in Slovenia. Most recently, he competed with Paris Volley, and spent the previous season with another team. This diverse Slovenian lineup reflects the Ach’s strategy for contending within the championship.
