A new student protest is scheduled, and rail traffic in the country has been stopped

Serbian Railways have announced that rail transport across the country will be suspended until further notice. The reason for this has not been given. In the past, it has happened twice that the Serbian government has suspended rail transport on days when large student protests were planned.

Anonymous bomb threats were given as the reason for the protests in March and June last year. Despite this, tens of thousands of people took part in the protests at the time. Protesters have announced a new large protest of Serbian students in Belgrade today, which will take place as part of the campaign Students Win, which demands the call for early elections and the democratization of the country.
