A Brazilian judge interrupted a game because of an aggressive parrot

During a match within the Brazilian youth football cup, the contest between Flamengo and Ceará was significantly interrupted by an unusual incident. After approximately fifteen minutes of play, a large parrot flew onto the field and reportedly attacked one of the Flamengo players. In response to the disruption, the referee halted the game proceedings, requiring the players and officials to wait until the bird departed the playing area.

Moments later, the parrot reappeared, causing a second stoppage of the match. Despite these unexpected interruptions, the remainder of the Brazilian cup game eventually concluded. The match resulted in Ceará securing third place in the competition with a final score of 2:1.
