Investors who have placed subscription orders are given until March 27th, by 12:00, to either cancel or modify their submissions. The Ministry of Finance has stated that any orders not withdrawn by this deadline will be deemed valid. The obligation to subscribe under the RS99 designation will have a three-year maturity period.
The total amount to be issued is not fixed and will be determined by investor interest. This issuance process will be conducted through the business networks of four distributors. The deadline for submitting subscription orders is Friday, March 27th, at 12:00.
Individuals can place their orders at numerous locations, including 68 branches of the New Ljubljana Bank, 71 branches of OTP Bank, eight branches of BKS BANK, and through ILIRIKA’s network of 14 branches and 288 branches of the Slovenian Post. This issuance is specifically targeted towards natural persons residing in Slovenia, with either permanent or temporary residency. The level of investor interest will ultimately dictate the scope of the issuance, ensuring a responsive approach to market demand.
