He loaded the cars in the evening, and the next day he found the drugs: the driver denies the guilt

Mark Plavšić was interrogated remotely from Serbia as part of an ongoing investigation related to drug trafficking. Reports from Večer, Dnevnik, and Žurnal24 detail the case stemming from the discovery of illicit substances within vehicles transported by Plavšić via a lorry route from Barcelona to Germany. The investigation revealed that Plavšić, formerly employed with a transport company in Koper, was involved in a black market operation estimated to be worth over 257,000 euros.

Plavšić has been formally sentenced by a court in Figueras, Spain. The court imposed a one-year conditional imprisonment sentence alongside a two-year probationary period and a fine of 60,000 euros. Throughout the proceedings, Plavšić has maintained his assertion that he was unaware of the presence of drugs concealed within the vehicles he operated.

According to reports from the aforementioned news outlets, he reiterated this claim during a midday hearing, stating he had no knowledge of how the drugs entered the transport vehicles. The investigation is ongoing.
