The Finance Ministry announced that enrollment for a new investment opportunity will be available across a wide network of financial institutions. Specifically, it will be accessible through 68 branches of NLB, 71 branches of OTP bank, eight branches of BKS Bank, and through Ilirika’s operations in 14 of its own branches. Furthermore, the Slovenian Post will offer access via 288 of its branches.
Investors can allocate between a minimum of 1,000 euros and a maximum of 250,000 euros. The issuer has not set a limit on the total value of the bonds, although they retain the option to issue fewer bonds than initially requested by investors. These bonds are open for registration through individual investment accounts established following the launch of the financial instruments last week.
The bonds will be listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, ensuring they are freely transferable and accessible to anyone wishing to purchase them. Registration for these bonds will commence on July 1st. Minor natural persons are also eligible to register and hold these bonds, expanding the potential investor base.
