Marco Bezzecchi, the winner of the recent British Grand Prix, is making a return to the circuit following a period of difficulty. Although he had an excellent start to the season, his performance has faced setbacks since that initial success. Bezzecchi recently underwent surgery on his key and knee, and he is now returning to the racing environment.
Speaking about his recovery, Bezzecchi stated that while the summer period has been challenging, he remained committed to his rehabilitation. He detailed a rigorous routine, noting that he trained daily at the gym and gradually resumed riding the motorcycle. Meanwhile, team leader Jorge Martin is currently trailing by 22 points and requires a medical permit to compete.
Regarding the venue, Martin acknowledged the track’s significance to him. However, he indicated that the team’s strategy for the current season is shifting. He stated that the focus this year will be less on the track configuration and more on a different approach emphasizing motorcycle riding and travel experiences.
