Among the desired policy adjustments, Podgoršek listed several key areas for governmental focus.
These include the potential reprogramming of loans channeled through the regional development fund. Furthermore, the groups are advocating for accelerated financial assistance to mitigate the effects of recent drought and frost events. Other requested measures involve implementing stricter food labeling based on product origin and enhancing overall market supervision within the agricultural supply chain.
