Europol has recently revised its list of Europe’s most wanted criminals, issuing a crucial warning to the public. The organization stresses that individuals should not approach these dangerous figures if encountered in public. Instead, they are urged to immediately report the sighting to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
A new name has been added to the list: 34-year-old Denić Nov, a Slovenian man from Jesenice. The Slovenian Police initiated their search for him last Thursday, March 26th, following investigations beginning in 2023. The search is focused on Denić Nov’s involvement in unlawful drug dealing, specifically the trafficking of drugs and psychotropic substances, alongside the illicit trade of weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
These criminal acts occurred between February 2019 and January 2023 across Slovenia, Austria, and Italy. Sani Denić was identified as a member of a sophisticated, international criminal group responsible for these offenses. The police believe the group operated with considerable organization and coordinated activity.
This ongoing investigation highlights the continued efforts of the Slovenian police to apprehend individuals involved in serious criminal activity.
