Mijič’s company: complaints about suspected violation of workers’ rights and forgery of documents

Police Continue Investigations into Alleged Rights Infringements and Document Forgery

Ljubljana – The Ljubljana Police Directorate (PU) has announced ongoing pre-trial proceedings in two separate investigations, stemming from reports at the end of 2025, concerning suspected offenses related to the infringement of fundamental rights of workers and the forgery of documents. In one case, filed at the end of 2025, police initiated criminal proceedings against one natural person and one legal entity. Subsequently, in June of this year, a second criminal complaint was filed targeting two natural persons and one legal entity.

The investigations reportedly relate to allegations surrounding Progros, a company accused of non-payment of workers and the alleged forgery of signatures on worker resignation documents. This activity resulted in the company removing affected workers from the records of the Institute for Employment. Police officials were unable to provide specific details regarding the protection of personal data involved in the investigations.

This information was initially reported by the Necenzurirano portal, which cited reliable sources identifying one of the individuals involved as Boris Mičič. The ongoing investigations involve one suspected case concerning the rights of workers and another suspected case of document forgery. Further details are pending as the legal proceedings continue.
