According to unofficial information, Lidl Slovenija has started a reorganization process in the administrative services, which means the elimination of certain jobs in Slovenia. Some tasks that are currently performed in the Ljubljana administration are transferred to Zagreb, where the group centralized individual business processes for several countries in the region. According to some employees, around 50 people would be left without work in Slovenia at the moment, whose jobs would be eliminated or transferred to the common organizational structure in Croatia.
One of the reasons would be the reduction of operating costs, Večer reports on its website. Some of these employees have been invited to individual interviews in recent days, where they would be offered a voluntary termination of employment.
