In Velenje, it will again be a roar: six brakes to the climax

The Velenje rally, the longest-running rally in Slovenia, began on Friday, with 71 crews from seven countries competing. Organizers had already announced an exceptionally tight battle before the start, as there were 18 Rally2 class cars registered, which are just below the elite class of the World Rally Championship. After the first speed tests, spectators could already see some spectacular runs, but the second day of the race can still provide many more.

This was shown this year at the opening rally of the national championship in the Vipava Valley, where Rok Turk won after losing on Friday and Saturday. The drivers now have six more “fasteners” to combine speed, precision and concentration.
