Used apartment in Maribor Tabor, 62 square meters, renovated three years ago, is for sale for about 180,000 euros, INSA real estate director Branko Potočnik explains. And what do the Gursa data show? The largest increase in used apartment prices in Maribor was last year, 14 percent.
It was followed by Kranj with 12 percent and Ljubljana with 10 percent. The lowest growth among urban areas was on the coast, with eight percent. Demand is significantly higher than supply.
In Maribor, you can get a flat from 2,100 euros to 4,000 or 5,000 euros. A smaller one-bedroom apartment in the city center has also sold for 5,000 euros per square, which is very high, but it all depends on the location, the condition and the location of the apartment, explains Potočnik. Due to higher costs, the price of a flat in Maribor has increased by 10 percent.
