The supervisory, ethical, and disciplinary body of the European federation decided on the decision after an investigation by the inspector for ethics and discipline on the accusations against the former coach of the Slovak women’s team. Czech media reported that Vlachovsky was sentenced in May 2025 for filming the players in the locker room of the club. One of the players was 17 years old.
He received a conditional prison sentence and five years.
