This includes authorization for towing and maintenance services to utilize the rescue belt to reach the scene of an incident. A traffic accident that occurred on the Primorska highway around 10:30 this morning caused significant delays. The Transportation Information Center confirmed that traffic congestion extended for approximately 25 kilometers and persisted until around 13:00.
The organization highlighted that unobstructed access for emergency and service vehicles would improve traffic flow and expedite response times to accidents. They emphasized the need for drivers to prioritize creating a safe and accessible route for these vital resources.
