Melani Mekicar has taken on the role of host for the new season of “Slovenija ima talent,” sharing fond memories from her involvement in the show’s preparations. During the semi-final performance process, Mekicar recalls a particularly memorable experience. She described the interviews conducted with the contestants and the professional makeup application she received for the first time.
The application included purple shades, which she noted made her feel mature despite being 13 years old. Mekicar also highlighted positive interactions with the contestants. She recounted spending time in the dressing rooms with a diverse group of performers, referring to them as the “carousel semi-final group.”
These interactions fostered a sense of camaraderie, and Mekicar maintains contact with several of the individuals she met.
She expressed a positive outlook for the new season, stating, “I think we’ll be an interesting tandem” with the judging panel.
