A suspect reportedly escaped from the District Court in Velika Gorica today around 14:30. Kornelija Kallay Blažeković, a press representative for the court, confirmed that the escape occurred after an investigative judge ordered the individual to be held for one month. Police information indicates that the 47-year-old man managed to escape from a policeman who was transporting him to a prison in Zagreb.
