These alleged crimes include robbery, violence, theft of a motor vehicle, and the abuse of a non-cash payment method. Unofficial reports suggest that individuals under the age of 14 years old were also involved in the incident.
Current legislation dictates that individuals under the age of criminal responsibility cannot face criminal charges. However, the minors are suspected of engaging in deceptive behavior by impersonating a girl under 15 years old on social media platforms. This deception was allegedly used to persuade a 56-year-old man from the Radenci municipality to meet them.
Upon the man’s arrival at the agreed location, the Rače Primary School, he was reportedly met by a group of young people. According to Večerno, the man was subsequently surrounded, stripped, and subjected to abuse. The police investigation is ongoing, focusing on the roles played by the four minors and the associated criminal activities.
