Regarding river levels, the German Low Water Level Monitoring System (NIWIS) reported figures for the end of July. The monitoring system indicated that approximately 44 percent of the measuring stations along the Rhine River were reporting water levels, while 78 percent of the stations on the Danube were doing so. The ongoing conditions underscore concerns related to drought management across the region.
