We are revealing the suspicion of recruitment into the Russian army

A Facebook profile belonging to a 31-year-old individual, identified as a presumed Bosnian Serb residing in Maribor, has circulated online. The post contains an offer for individuals interested in joining the Russian army to participate in a “special military operation.” The advertised compensation includes a bonus of 25,000 euros, alongside a monthly salary of 2,500 euros plus additional bonuses. Rajko Kozmelj, a former director of Sova, characterized the post as clear recruitment for a foreign military force.

The advertised benefits extend beyond salary, promising the right to Russian citizenship, assistance with relocation, and airline tickets. Interested parties are instructed to contact the provided number via WhatsApp or Telegram. The post concludes with a caution: “Please think carefully before you come.”

Following the initial circulation, the author of the report also inquired about military service using the listed Russian contact number but received no response.

The Facebook post soliciting recruiters garnered numerous comments and likes from other users.
