Laura Prgomet, a former contestant from the reality show Sanjski moški, was subjected to legal action following an incident that occurred in the Dubrovnik city center on Sunday evening. The 24-year-old individual was detained by authorities for disturbing public order and peace, as well as for attacking public officials. According to reports from the Dubrovački dnevnik, Prgomet was escorted to the state prosecutor’s office by police officers and canine units.
There, she was formally charged with two separate offenses involving aggression against state personnel. During the incident, she reportedly attacked two police officers, resulting in injuries sustained by one of the officers. Following the initial proceedings, Prgomet was issued a judicial order for detention.
The ruling stipulated that she faces a period of up to one month. Authorities cited the potential risk of repeat offenses as the primary justification for imposing this period of detention. The legal proceedings addressed the disruption caused by the individual, whose public profile is linked to her participation in the Sanjski competition.
The detention order formalizes the legal consequences related to the altercation, marking a significant intervention by the judicial system regarding public conduct and the maintenance of civil order in the city center.
