The last Clio drove out of Revoz in Novo mesto after 33 years

The final Clio vehicle rolled off the production line at Revoz on June 16th, marking the conclusion of the model’s manufacturing run. The end of production was commemorated at the Revoz facility with an internal event, including a memorial photoshoot on the assembly line, according to statements from Revoz. The history of the Clio model showcases several distinct production phases.

The first generation of the Clio commenced production in Novo Mesto in 1993. By 1998, the cumulative production of this initial model reached nearly 300,000 units. Production for the Clio II continued until 2015, during which time the total output surpassed 1.5 million vehicles.

Following a two-year hiatus, the Clio IV began production in 2017, achieving a total production figure of just under 163,000 units. The subsequent model, the Clio V, entered production in 2019. As the last Clio rolled off the line in mid-June, the overall production count for this iteration neared 300,000 units.

This phased production history illustrates the longevity and consistent output associated with the Clio model at Revoz.
