Marko Lotrič has been formally charged with criminal offenses by Alenka Bratušek, the President of the Commission for the Control of Public Finances. The charges were jointly filed by the President of the party Fokus and State Council, Marko Lotrič, alongside Monika Kirbiš Rojs, the Minister for Local Government, Co-operation and Regional Development.
