For two sunbeds and a parasol on the beach, 240 euros

New Luxury Accommodation and Beaches Open Near Sveti Stefan, Montenegro

The Miločer villa, situated along the coast opposite the famed sveti stefan island and enveloped by a pine and olive tree forest, officially opened on May 22nd. According to Montenegrin Vijesti, the villa has achieved full occupancy for the entirety of the summer season. Alongside the villa, the historic Sveti Stefan town-hotel, a 15th-century fortified village offering luxurious holiday cottages and apartments within renovated stone buildings, will open its doors on July 1st.

Adriatic Properties, the landlord, has also implemented a new initiative in collaboration with the government, opening four exclusive beaches stretching from Miločer to sveti stefan. Notably, Queen’s beach, providing panoramic views of the island, is designated for hotel guests between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. A portion of the beach’s sunbeds are allocated for local residents, with rental fees for two sunbeds and a parasol, including service, totaling 240 euros.

This same rate applies to the western beach, S. The development represents a significant expansion of tourism infrastructure in the area surrounding the iconic sveti stefan.
