The project emphasized the importance of cooperation, trust, and mutual support through the symbolism of tandem cycling. “A tandem bike represents more than just a means of transportation – it symbolizes a shared journey on which no one is left behind,” they said after the event. As the organizers emphasized, the main achievement of the project was the donation of funds to purchase ten Pony Duo tandem bicycles from the brand Rog, which were donated to the Vidim Cilj Association in Ljubljana, where they will enable greater mobility, active leisure, and new life experiences for visually impaired people and other users who need support in independent movement.
At the same time, they also highlighted the signing of an agreement on cooperation between the Lions Clubs Association of Slovenia and the Ljubljana Fire Brigade, which, according to them,
