The doctors’ work reorganization was announced to patients on the website with a message on Friday, and the purpose of the measure is to ensure more quality and effective healthcare treatment for patients. They explained that the change refers to the prescription and medical devices, the management of hospital stocks, the issuance of control prescriptions and transport orders, telephone consultations, the preparation of proposals for the disability commission, the review of visits to the medical nurse and other administrative tasks. “With this, he will be able to devote his full attention to patients during the time allocated for outpatient work,” they wrote in the Ljubljana ZD.
Additionally, in the Ljubljana ZD, they explained that the new way of working is being introduced on a trial basis, and based on the experience and results of the pilot period, they will evaluate further changes.
