Kavaški klan: the prosecution proposes from five to fifteen years in prison

The indictment of 14 defendants in the Kavaški klan case accuses them of dealing with drugs, transporting them to Slovenia and other countries, and selling them to drug dealers between December 2018 and May 2021, at a hierarchical organized criminal group. The group allegedly bought at least 534 kilograms of cocaine, two tons of cannabis, 30 liters of amphetamine base, 10 kilograms of heroin, 96 kilograms of hashish, and other drugs in the Netherlands, Spain, and other countries. The prosecution has proposed a total of 110 years and six months of imprisonment for the defendants, and also proposes financial penalties for all, including the confiscation of illicit property.

For brothers Klemn and Blaž Kadivec and Drejec Kovač, the prosecution has also proposed the order of detention. The prosecution believes that in all cases, they are guilty of the crimes.
