At approximately 4:00 pm, a 45-year-old driver operating a personal vehicle traveled from Ptuj when, at a curve within the Grajenščak settlement, the vehicle crossed into the oncoming lane. The motorcyclist, traveling in the opposite direction with his passenger, was proceeding correctly.
The collision was exceptionally violent, leading to the immediate death of the 69-year-old driver. His 63-year-old passenger was transported by helicopter to a hospital, where she tragically succumbed to her injuries.
