Harmonist Robert Goter talked about his achievement in the 24UR show on the evening. He said that even after 83 hours of playing the harmonica, he was not tired. “I never,” he said clearly.
The harmonica is, as he says, his life, his identity. “When I first heard its sounds, it charmed me,” he said. And what was the hardest thing in this 83-hour marathon?
Goter revealed that he experienced several crises during the record-breaking attempt, first at 24 hours, then at 48, the worst one occurred at around 63 hours, and then the last one at around 79 hours. But he did not give up and finally broke the record. “When I decided to break the record, I knew that it was better to stick to a smaller harmonica, which is also lighter,” he said and compared both harmonicas he brought to the studio.
